Canteen Ordering Process

Our school run canteen is opened from 8:30am to 12:00pm every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for lunch orders and counter service at lunchtime. 

Please provide a clear order for your child - their name, class, items and cost. 

Canteen orders can be purchased via the following 3 options:

  1. Cash - preferably the correct amount but change can be provided.
  2. Eftpos (via the school office) - you will be provided with a copy of the EFTPOS receipt which you are to show the canteen staff as proof of purchase.
  3. Online (via School Bytes) -  You can create the 'canteen order' fee and complete the payment directly from your School Bytes Parent Portal/App. If you choose to pay via the online option, please clearly state this on the child's order you provide to the canteen.

Online payments are recorded and payments are checked by the end of the school day. If the payment has not been received, the fee will be added to your school fees (known as your 'Statement of Account'). Please ensure you complete the payment on the day of the canteen order.

If for any reason, the amount you have paid is different to the order, the amount will be adjusted for you. E.g. If you have paid too much - a credit will be applied or if you have not paid enough, a fee of the difference will be added to your school fees.
